de NOVA at the Park Bistro certainly rose to the occasion with a delightful presentation for the palate of the most refined food connoisseur.
In collaboration with Fashion Week Columbus and Haute Food, The Goddess Collection by Jahi was showcased at de NOVA at the Park in Columbus, Ohio. The chefs envisioned coordinating the soft and alluring appeal of the Goddess Collection with the type of food to embody the experience.
In a careful selection process by masterful chefs, the menu to be revealed is the delightful manifestation of the most intriguing culinary minds.
For the beginning of the meal, de NOVA chefs created the “DragonFruit”. The dish is composed of golden beets, whipped goat cheese, yellow tomato, toasted candied nuts and papya vinaigrette.
Once you have consumed the exotic appetizer, then comes the delicious entre titled the “Beef Cheek”. This entre has parmesan risotta, roasted yellow grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan and fennel. The libation of choice was Sparkling Lilac Sangria.
And to finish off the meal, there is the “Blueberry Stilton Cheese”. In this eloquent yet poetic dessert you will find brie, golden delicious apples, blueberry compote and of course, local honey.
