Columbus, OH Artists Pay Prince Tribute

May 10, 2017

If you were looking for powerful night of music, then you missed Sunday night's Prince Tribute at the Hollywood Casino on the west side of Columbus, OH.

Local stars rocked the stage like Qamil, K. Daniel, Karen Marie, Kennisha Donielle, and Tomi Jones.  From Purple Rain to Let's Go Crazy, these artists laid out their musical souls and demonstrated their vocal excellence for a one night performance paying tribute to the original guitar hero with royalty as his first name - Prince.

K. Daniel dazzled the audience with his falsetto vocal acrobats as Qamil serenaded the room with her smooth tones.  Kennisha Donielle made the music her own as Karen Marie danced flawlessly between harmonies.  And of course, the crowd's favorite - Tomi Jones rocked the house dancing, singing, swinging her hips, swimming her eyes as she laid her soul on the stage as if Prince himself was a spectator.

And what would the night be without the lovely Nia Noelle from Power 107.5 to host the evening.  Yes, if you weren't in the room Sunday night, you missed a dynamic night but don't worry!  Unplugged Magazine got you for the next events coming your way from Mr. Renard Green and the C Bus Live Band.  Keep a look out for the 2017 Summer Issue reviewing this Prince Tribute and more entertainment.

Now as I always say Columbus "Smell this!"
