For the beginning of the meal, de NOVA chefs created the “DragonFruit”. The dish is composed of golden beets, whipped goat cheese, yellow tomato, toasted candied nuts and papya vinaigrette.
Once you have consumed the exotic appetizer, then comes the delicious entre titled the “Beef Cheek”. This entre has parmesan risotta, roasted yellow grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan and fennel. The libation of choice was Sparkling Lilac Sangria.
And to finish off the meal, there is the “Blueberry Stilton Cheese”. In this eloquent yet poetic dessert you will find brie, golden delicious apples, blueberry compote and of course, local honey.
